HINGLISH transcription for audio (INDIAN EDITORS I need your help); inside premiere pro

Its a big help; and it will save a ton of time; I really need help with the hinglish transcription; there is no other way around now; beside captions ai; but if  I am paying for the creative cloud service; I would like to have this feature inside premiere pro; 

I have to do all this manually;

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
