[idea] Delete all silences!

In version 24.6, there is the option to remove voice silences, but not audio silences. For example, I am editing a piano course, and when using the transcription tool, it is also removing the piano sounds and that does not help me much. This also happens to those who edit video game videos. I would like to know if there is a native way within the program that allows you to remove silences without taking the voice into account.

There are 2 types of silences: pauses in dialogue, and the absence of sound. I assumed, when you said, "have a button that could delete all moments of silence from the timeline!!" you meant the second type.

But now, I  think you are just missing the "Delete all" option for pause/dialogue silence. (I think the is what Kes is pointing to.) In 24.1.0, when you filter by pauses, you see "pauses" greyed out in the search box and a dot on the filter to show it is filtered. The Delete button is a toggle for Delete operations. (Image 1 below.) When you click on it, you then see, to the right, a Delete All and a Delete (single) button. To delete all silences (pauses) in a single operation, just use the Delete all. (Image 2 below.) Not the Extract and Lift options you can choose.
