Misclicking an icon in the project panel should NOT open the import dialogue box

One of the most common UI annoynances I have with Premiere and AE is how if you double click an icon in the Project panel, but you're off by a few pixels, or accidentall de-select a clip, it opens an import dialogue box instead.

This import dialogue should only be activated if you are nowhere near other icons.

In other words, if the mouse pointer is near an icon, Premiere should impliclty assume you meant to click that icon, and not that you meant to import media.
