Multiple In and Out points in one timeline/sequence

It would be helpful and efficient if Premiere had the ability to create multiple In and Out points in one timeline. If I'm editing a number of short clips or I would like to batch export a bunch of b-roll clips as single files, it would be great if I had the ability to create multiple In and Out points, maybe with a keyboard shortcut of Option+I. Perhaps by default, it would sequence the In and Out points (01, 02, 03,...) and have the ability to custom label them. This feature might then have to default to using Adobe Media Encoder as the Render app.
I'm not a developer or coder so I don't know how feasible this would be but it would eliminate having to create multiple sequences and speed up the work flow.
If something similar exists, please enlighten me. Maybe I've just never known. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to pitch this.

The question is actually getting a separate name for each, I think. You can make subclips and then select in the bin, Export Clips. That works.

But if Premiere had a good naming schema setup, as it has needed forever!!! ... then your suggestion should be quite usable.

Definitely upvoted.
