Show current frame when Slip Tool

Whe using the Slip Tool, it's nice that we can see the frame at the in- and out points.

But please ad a third frame - the frame at the CTI!

This will editing to music or other rhytmic audio so much easier.

Trying to understand why you want a frame at the playhead.

You have the last frame of the preceding clip and first frame of the succeeding clip and the in and out of the clip itself.

Because there can be a key moment in a clip that you want to align with a certain audio accent. E.g.: a video of someone slamming a door. You want to align the moment that the door closes exactly with a kick drum. When the CTI is placed on that kickdrum audio, we should be able to use the slip tool to align the video to it.

B. Why not? It is useful information to have.
