Snapping within the easing curve editor

I would love to have the ability to snap the easing handles of keyframes easing values in the curve editor. This would allow for much smoother keyframe easing across multiple properties, as most keyframed values begin and end at a velocity of 0%. Currently, the Position property cannot move below 0% on the speed curve, which is the behavior I'd like to mimic on other properties such as Scale, for example. Since the scale property's speed graph can move below a value of 0%, it's very difficult to give equal speed values to both the position and scale when they're animated in sync. Having the ability to "snap" the speed handle to a value of 0%, similar to how After Effects allows, would greatly improve the accuracy of animating simple movement on a clip.

In addition to snapping within the speed graph, the ability to snap the bezier handles of the value graph to perfectly horizontal would similarly improve the efficiency of easing with that graph type.

Yes. This please.

This is the number one thing that pushes me into After Effects, even when it shouldn't be necessary. The Premiere graph editor is really half baked at best.
