Text tool could import captions from file already in the Project bin

The new Text tool is great. I like that I can import any preexisting subtitle/caption files we have saved already, but "import" opens a file picker for the local storage. I've already got a file (e.g. .scc or .srt) loaded in the project - it would be faster if we could import directly from there.

@Richard25507683bv6f I think you can already do what you're asking. Rather thank thinking of it like importing the captions, think of the captions already in your project just like a clip – cut them into a timeline. You can load them to the source monitor and perform an edit, or just drag them into the Timeline and a new caption track will be created.
