Uhm Removal Tool

I would love to see an "uhm" removal tool in Premiere! It would save so much time on podcast edits.

Descript has this but the cuts can be abrupt and difficult to tweak. 

Given transcription features are now available and synced, I imagine this tool could be integrated.
