Unable to export Animated GIF in 30 fps

I shoot most of my footage in 30 fps and would like an option to export Animated GIFs in the same frame rate (closest current options are 25 and 50, on version 25.1). 25 fps doesn't look as smooth, and I know there's a Photoshop workaround, but it would be great to have this feature native to Premiere and not have to pay another subscription for Ps or the even more expensive subscription for the whole suite.

Thanks!

^The main use case for me is as thumbnail cover images on my adobe portfolio website, it only allows photo files or GIFs, not video files. I have both photography and videos on my website and it would be great to distinguish which pages are stills and which are videos via their thumbnails.
