Video Noise Reduction (High ISO)

Hello, I'd like to see a native filter in Premiere Pro that cleans up video noise from high ISO clips.  It looks like the 'Median' effect has been moved to the Obsolete folder and the only thing built in to Premiere Pro presently is the 'VR De-noise' effect which leaves much to be desired.  This only seems to soften the footage in the hope that the noise is essentially blurred out.

I'd like see something simlar to how Neat Video works (and other add-ons) where it looks a few frames back and ahead to pick up the noise pattern and then process it out as much as possible.

I see there is a new Noise Reduction entry on the Wait List for Photoshop Neural Filters.  Maybe some of this tech could move over to Premiere as well?
