Activation of Master Collection CC

I tried installing Adobe Master Collection CC, and activated it offline.
But after restarting my PC it shows an error for activation.
" Error: 213:11 "
Please help me to make it work.

    That MAY be similar to this error... Code 213:19 license https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1907953 due to write permissions

    Thank you, sir.

    However, can send any file which totally removes Adobe CS6 and CC from my PC. So that, I can try to reinstall it?

    CC trial can totally mess up perpetual license of CS6.

    Need to clean Adobe completely.

    There is no Master Collection CC. Do you mean Master Collection CS6? Or the Cloud (CC)?
