Adding drop shadow across multiple titles?

Hi guys,

So we are doing some subtitles on a show with the new title tool not the legacy version and I can't seem to copy and paste the drop shadow attributes across all the text graphic layers like I used to be able to do with the title legacy tool. For now I'm having to just manually adjust and add drop shadow for every subtitle.

Is there no way to do this on the new title tool? Seems a bit short sided if so.

Thanks.

As an alternative to Kevin's answer, you can turn off the drop shadow in the essential graphic clips, highlight all the titles and nest them into one sequence, then apply a drop shadow video effect to that nested sequence.

    Thanks Kevin & Tucker.

For speed I went with Tuckers suggestions and nesting it all and throwing the shadow on that layer did it.

    Thanks!

    Hi SodaC,

To apply a text attribute to multiple text clips (like a drop shadow), create a master text style, then apply it to those clips: Create titles and motion graphics with the Graphics workspace in Premiere Pro.

    Thanks,
    Kevin
