adobe premiere pro unable to start correctly 0xc0150002

so i got abode premiere pro cc 2015 on windows 8.1 DELL laptop with 1000gb space and 32 gb ram

and last night i was working on the program and it was really really really really good i loved it

so i turn off the laptop and went for a sleep at the morning i found out that it had a error of unable to start correctly 0xc0150002 and

i was shocked and sad i checked for fix on youtube that couldn't help me at all

please anyone can help me i really need to use it!!!!
