Adobe Stock Essential Graphics not displaying

Hi Guys. I am trying ot use some of the Free dobe Stock Essential Graphic titles. I am using Verion 14 PP. The place in my sequence but won't display, its just blank. Please help.

So you have the Graphics workspace open, and the Browse tab, you are clicking on a mogrt and dragging to your timeline panel?

 

You do have a video clip on that sequence already, and you're putting this on an upper track, right? Just to be sure.

Yes thanks - that's what I have/am doing. I just got hold of Adobe support and apparently to use the FREE stock items you must have some store credits. Once I buy some credit the FREE items will be available to me. Yet to see if this works but looks like my only option is to spend some money for the free stuff! ha. Thanks for trying to help.
