Ambitos de Lumetri no aparecen las herramientas

Buenas, llevo un tiempo intentando resolver este problema en un imac (2012) con High Sierra, no me aparecen las herramientas de Lumetri, ninguno, le doy a histograma en ajustes preestablecidos u otra configuración, y el espacio para ambitos de lumetri se queda vacío. En otros ordenadores con mi cuenta si que aparecen, he actualizado a la ultima versión, he reestablecido las preferencias y ya no se que puede ser. ¿Alguien sabe porqué puede ser?

Me pasaba lo mismo, y lo que hice despues de meses intentando y buscando. Fue volver a 2019. si lograste soluconar me avisas.

updates to the software usually come with more stringent hardware demands and I doubt very much that Adobe is going to rejigger their software to satisfy older hardware. So don't hold your breath. If you need scopes which can be very useful, you might see if Davinci Resolve will work on your system. Gotta say I find the interface much more responsive in Resolve... particularly when you're dealing with complex color correction. Not the easiest program to master but worth the effort.

this is a hardware problem as your system no longer meets the requirements for premiere 2020. That's true for my macbookpro form 2012. revert to premiere 2019 if you need the scopes. Otherwise, as far as I know, everything else is working ok on my system.

Me sucede lo mismo, con el mismo SO (Hight sierra - 10.13.6)
Espero que desde el soporte de Adobe nos solucionen algo.
