Hi, I am getting horizontal banding in my video footage, sample is given below. Is there any tool available in Premiere Pro to remove flickering? There is one available in

Plugins & Filters for Video: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Avid, Final Cut Pro, Resolve : Digit... . I would like to know the in-built Premiere Pro plugin for the same. Please advise.

there are many ways and you should try, here are some i suggest :

1. Duplicate your clip and stack the 2 above each other, offset the video above by 1 frame, move it 1 frame forward

and set its opacity to 50 in most cases

2. Try to apply a 'Transform Effect' and you can see a checkmark 'use composition shutter angle' uncheck this and

play around with its value to see if it makes any difference

3. right click on your clip and choose 'replace with after effects composition' ... when inside after effects apply the 'Color Stabilizer'

this will create a dynamic link, so when you apply 'Color Stabilizer' it automatically updates inside Premiere Pro

There are no built-in tools that do the same thing as the Flicker Free plug-in.
