Application Error (0x000007b)

I just recently upgraded to the Creative Cloud and for all my 64-bit programs I get the following error (0x000007b). Fortunately I have found solutions for most of the programs except SpeedGrade. The issue appears to be with a couple .dll files, Adobe even offers a download for a few programs... but unfortunately I have not found a solution for SpeedGrade.

I have tried uninstalling the “Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable” did registry cleaning provided by Adobe and Microsoft and Adobe… uninstalled and reinstalled but with no luck.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium, i7processor, 16gigs of ram and 1TB harddrive. None of this should be an issue since it was all running before at one point in time.

Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Yes, I used that and I even used http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/

The adobe cleaner really did nothing. These threads was helpful: http://forums.adobe.com/message/5125229 and http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1099431

I was able to apply this solution to other 64-bit applications but cannot seam to make it work for SpeedGrade... my last 64-bit program that will not run.
