Hello,

I have been looking on this forum for a solution at my problem but as it's quite specific, I though i'd give a try and open a topic.

So here is my setup : Premiere pro 2019 (windows 10), a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Hd as a soundcard, and ASIO drivers up to date.

Here is the issue : the sound and playback work perfectly on Premiere, but as soon as i launch some media on my computer (and specifically on my browser) and get back to premiere, it stop working. The "play" icon on the program monitor switch to the "Stop" button, but there is no playback. The meters are down, nothing happen. I have to quit PP, reboot my soundcard (unplug and plug again).

Do any of you guys got the same issue ?

Thank you

camg,

Are your Preferences > Audio Hardware setup correctly? Let me know.

Thanks,

Kevin

Hello,

Yes, I'm 99% sure that it's correctly set up. Here is a screenshot :

When i click "Settings", it open the correct ASIO Creative SoundBlaster window.
