The MPEG2 BluRay preset is only 1080p. Can I change the MPEG 2 setting to be in 4K?

The way to watch 4K content on a 4K TV is to create a 4K MP4 file, put it on a USB drive and stick into a USB port on the TV.  A disk player only adds confusion.

There are no affordable authoring solutions for 4k disk delivery. Look to deliver 4K as whsprague says, or streaming options. My current experiments are Plex and other media server options.
