Can't record AES signal

Hello. I have some kind of puzzle that i want to resolve.

Specification : HP Z 400 , Windows 7 Enterprise , Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 (11.0.2) , Blackmagic Decklink 4k Studio (In "Blackmagic Desktop Video Utility" in Audio Input i choose AES/EBU)

Puzzle : I want to record AES signal in Premiere. When i go to " Preference > Default Input >..." i can choose only "Line In (Blackmagic Audio)". And when i'm try to record audio on Timeline by using "Voice-over record" i have only "Line In" channel..

When i'm going to "Capture" window and go to "Edit Capture Settings" i choose "Blackmagic Capture", and here i can change only "Audio Channels to Capture - Mono, Stereo, 5.1". And no words about AES, Analog, Embended, etc. So when i capture audio i dont receive any signal..

How i can select AES input channel in Adobe Premiere?

Best wishes, Victor.

I have an older BM card but I expect the driver is similar. The input selection is only made in the BM Desktop Video program, Premiere should then record what it is given but I was told in the past that the BM cards (certainly my Decklink Studio) can only either play or record but not both at the same time.

Thank you for your reply. In this case i can understand that i cant record AES signal as "Voice-over Recording". But i dont understand why i cant record AES signal through "Capture" window.. When i try to record from SDI its work perfect: i can record a videosignal and embended audiosignal. But when i sent signal to AES Input there is only silence..
