Caption problem

Hello guys,

 

Since i updated my Premier pro i have some problems with writing any text, 

When i write in English or Arabic it shows sembols, any help guys??!

    What do you see in the Program Monitor?

    There is no problem with the program monitor, the problem is just with the glphs that appers when writing any thing,
