I need to make some lower 3rds in PS that I will place on videos that will identify it and place a web address on it.
1. Do I need to be concerned with placing the lower 3rd within the action safe and title safe zones? Is this only an issue if the video is displayed on an older SD TV?
2. Is there any sort of convention regarding actual placement of the lower 3rd vertically on the video? Do you just place it some where near the bottom where it looks good?
3. As a follow up to #2, how do I make sure that all of my lower 3rds are placed in the exact same spot on all of my videos?
Thanks.

Older SD tv. New tv dont or hardly have any overscan.

I would say: were it looks good.

1. Do you mean to copy the two values shown in this screenshot and just paste them into the values on all of my other videos?
2. I need to make a lower 3rd that will be used on both 1080P and 4K videos. Maybe I just have not had enough coffee yet, how do I design two separate ones in PS to make sure they both look the same size even though they will not be because they are different sized videos? Is there an easy answer to this, right now I'm not thinking clearly.
Thanks again.
