convert jpg slideshow to mp4

Apologies is this is too newbie a question.

TVs in our retirement community can only be set to show photos (jpg) or videos (mp4) at a time.

In other words I cannot have both jpg and mp4 files on a thumb drive and have the folder gone through displaying some of each intermingled.

I have the Creative Cloud suite.

--- Is there a way to have a jpg file converted to a 5 second mp4 file?

Use Premiere Pro to create a video and use your video and stills in the project.

Export to mp4.
