Create a still image with audio playing over?

Basically what I am trying to do is create a sort of slideshow of pictures with audio that will play over it. Is this possible to do using Premiere Pro, and possibly Audition for the audio?

    Import the stills and the audio. Set a standard length of time for stills to "play" on the timeline. Put the stills & audio clips on the timeline. Yup ... rather easy in all.
