Ctl + Arrow Key Doesn't Nudge Clips Anymore

This just happened yesterday. I can no longer nudge my clips forwards or backwards using Ctl + Arrow Keys. The arrow keys work, the Ctl key works, the timeline isn't locked, its an affliction in every project (or at least the four projects I opened to test it), a complete shut-down didn't help, a reinstall of Premiere (CC) didn't help, a resetting of the workspace didn't help...and I'm out of ideas. If anyone has any suggestions on what could be happening, I'd be most grateful.

Thank you!

Update: 2 out of 3 of my fellow employees are experiencing the same issue. The functionality has been lost in CC2019 as well as CC2020. One employee still can do it, so I'm a bit bewildered. Apparently this isn't a universal problem, but it is beyond the scope of just my computer.

Yup! That did it! I went into the Keyboard shortcuts, and for some reason Ctl + Arrows was to move "Object" not "Clip". I guess "object" has been redefined or something? Yesterday morning I could nudge with Ctl/Arrow, but this morning I couldn't. And I didn't change hotkeys. Ah well. I manually changed it back, and it's all good now. Not sure what caused it to change, but Alt + Arrow was the answer. Much obliged, Ann!

Good Morning, Ann. Thank you very much for the link! Unfortunatley I did the reset and I still have the issue. Can't nudge the clip, despite the fact that it shows "Ctl + Arrow Keys" as the shortcut to do so. 😞
