When i import a video onto Premiere Pro, the video is defective (photo).
On my computer the video is reproducing correctly.
Using App Mediainfo I recovered these informations about the video
What is your graphics card?
And have you tried going to the Project Settings dialog and setting Mercury Acceleration to software only?
I do believe that is a graphics issue ...

I think the problem is probably the variable frame rate. Use handbrake to convert to a constant frame rate
If you have any questions about the settings, post back or do some searching here for the best workflow

I have used Handbrake to convert the video to 30 FPS constant but the problem persist.
Down here the information of the converted video:
I have just set 30 FPS constant (Photo below). No other changes

It could also be a graphics card driver issue. Go to the website for your graphics card and make sure you have the latest driver.

Also VLC is able to reproduce the video correctly. The problem is only on Premiere Pro.

My Premiere barely works on a full SSD system with a 3900x and 32 gigs of ram unless I use hardware acceleration. When I had an issue with green artifacts I went to preferences, general, and unchecked "display color management." That fixed the issue for me for video, although I still had an issue with jpegs.
