Direct publishing PP to Instagram

I prefer to edit in Premiere instead of Rush. However, I want to export directly to Instagram, etc. and I can't do that in Premiere Pro. Instead, I have to do these steps:

1. Apply Auto Reframe 
2. Render in Media Encoder
3. Create a new project in Rush
4. Import the video file I just created.
5. Put it on the Rush timeline
6. Share it

So, 6 steps instead of just 1 or 2. Or, am I missing something here?
