Disable drag playhead line in timeline

Hi,

OSX10.13.4 Premiere12.1.1 (Build 10)

Is there a way to stop a click and drag within the timeline track area selecting and dragging the playhead?

Ideally, I'd prefer to only be able to drag the playhead via the top pentagonal handle (that covers the timeline time ruler), not the vertical line that covers the track area.
