Do Adobe Video Apps support Windows 10 LTSB?

Are there any issues or limitations with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or other video apps with Windows 10 LTSB 2016 or other LTSB in general.  I know that these versions do not get feature updates like other windows versions do and need to know if this will effect anything on the Adobe video apps I use every day and if it does at what level?  Any help on this would be appreciated as I need to know whether to make a case to get a different version of Windows 10.

Effectively, Adobe CC apps should function as expected on Windows 10 LTSB 2016 (although I'm not certain about Adobe XD CC, which needs Anniversary edition or later).
