Entry Point Not Found HandlerTitler.dll

Hey guys, I just built a new machine and installed Production Pro CS6 suite. Photoshop seems to work fine, but when I go to run Premiere Pro, it says that the entry point is not found and something about the HandlerTitler.dll. I uninstalled the whole suite, restarted my computer, and then reinstalled the suite and I still have the problem. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

 

I run Windows 10 Home with a Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 2060, and 16GB RAM.

    I have the same issue here, tried uninstalling + reinstalling, also whole CS6 suite works fine otherwise.

    Running:
    Windows 10 Pro
    Intel Core i7-8086k
    GTX 1070ti

    32gb RAM

    I also have this problem however every other CS6 Master Suite works fine.

    Alienware Laptop : System Model Alienware Mx17 Rev 1.0
    Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4900MQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2800 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
    GFX: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M with Nvidia Driver version 425.31

    and 32GB Ram.

    Any advice? tried replacing the file no luck, tried windows compatibility settings no luck.
