Error compiling movie

So hi guys, been working on a project for like a few days. But when I wanted to render/export it, it gave this error.

Error compiling movie.

Export Error

Failed to create encoder

Writing with exporter: MPEG Preview

Writing to file: \\?\\C:\Users\xx\Desktop\Sequence 1_1.mpeg

Writing file type: MPEG

Component: MPEG Preview of type Exporter

Selector: 9

Error code: 24

Tried to look on youtube, other posts, asked around but with still no success.

I hope someone can help me out as soon as possible.

Edit: Tried to export to another file for example h.264 and getting this
