ERROR:Contents of this document could not be parsed properly.

Out of nowhere I received this error message when trying to access one of my scripts... Contents of this document could not be parsed properly.

I am able to access all of my other scripts for the exception of the one in question.

I have rebooted, cleared browser history and cache and cookies.. and still no result.

I have also emailed my issue to adobe story support, and still have not received a response.

Is there anyone out there that can assist with this issue.

thanks,

Travis

Good luck Travis, I have the exact same issue with Adobe story Pro version, I have contacted adobe support, what a joke that is! it has been over a week now with this issue and I have nothing positive to report, just super sketchy customer service. hopefully they can get their act together and un-parse my script so it can be opened. honestly I have zero faith in Adobe customer service at this point!
