Hello,

during the rendering of a video file to MPEG2, the rendering is aborted by the media encoder. Does anyone have idea what the problem is?

The sequence is:
*.avi-File, 40 Minutes, 25 fps, PAL, CBR, 30.3 Mbps

The target file is:

MPEG2, 25 fps, VBR, Target Rate 32 Mbps

Thanks a lot!

    Hello Ann Bens,

thanks for your reply, I cannot see that there should be any problem in the timeline at the given time:

The whole project is just one video file which I want to convert to MPEG2. The reason why exactly MPEG2:
I just want to convert a old video which has the following properties below. The old *.avi-file cannot be read on the target video player (Pioneer DVD-Player) on the USB-Port. I exported short test sequences with different codecs. And I noticed, that the MPEG2 was the best quality. Converting to *.mp4 for example had always the problem, that the deinterlacing of the *.avi-video lead to a bad quality.

But if you have a good idea for an alternative code, this would be possible of course.
