Export for Clearcast

Hi,

Do any UK users have any experience sending TV adverts to Clearcast for approval prior to broadcast?

If so I desperately need some help in choosing the right export format.

Can anybody help?

    All services give detailed lists of their requirements ... though some seem written by chimpanzees pointing at odd words here & there from a technical manual. So ... how about posting their requirements in a reply, and see if folks here can puzzle it out for you.

    They say they support several HD broadcast master formats which must be:

    1) 1920x1080

    2) 25 frames per second

    3) Interlaced (Top Field first)

    4) 4:2:2 colour sampling

    5) 16:9 Aspect Ratio, (1:1 Pixel Aspect Ratio)

    6) PCM Audio 2 channel (Stereo) 48Khz 16/24 bits, Little Endian (LE)

    1 HD MPEG2

       Container: MXF (OP1a)

       Video: MPEG2 (IFrame Only)

       Video Profile: 422P@HL

       Bitrate: CBR @ 100Mbps

    2 APPLE PRORES

       Container: MOV (QuickTime)

       Video: ProRes 422 HQ

       Video Profile: High Quality

    3 AVID DNXHD

       Container: MXF (OP1a)

       Video: DNxHD (VC-3)

       Bitrate: 185Mbps
