export rendering blue screen error

I've been having so much problems with premiere pro although i just got the software 2 days ago. The problem that i had was that whenever i wanted to export the project threw even encoder or premiere’s software it would have always crashed while it was rendering, I've tried numerous of different ways to try to fix this with even commands but it just doesn’t work. Just to let you know the present that i exported it with was H.264 along with the video settings being v.2, the weird thing is that I've tried a different project which was a 3 minute one with the same export settings as the other project that i had problems with and i didn't get a single problem exporting that project but when i render the other project which is a 12 minute video it always crashes. Premiere pro is the only thing that crashes when i render the video from export (every software i have from adobe like Photoshop doesn't do this except for premiere). I've even uninstalled premiere pro, reboot, used the cleaner than reboot it again and after that i reinstalled Premiere Pro but unfortunately that didn't work. Last info about my problem is my P.C is brand new i got it 2 weeks ago so i'm just really confused 😕😕  Please help me.

Premiere Pro requires updated GPU drivers in order to support new forms of hardware acceleration including hardware accelerated decoding.

Both GPU drivers should be verified as the latest versions.

Most importantly, please doublecheck the Intel driver. Premiere requires Intel GPU driver version x.100.6444 or later.

This has been a point of confusion for some users as some manufacturers are still recommending older drivers.

Adobe Premiere Pro CC System Requirements

what is source material ??

is it 4k or higher res ??  is it full HD ?

what codec ??

reason I ask is different source materials put different strains on your computer system.  It looks like your system should be OK but maybe the GPU is a little on the weak side. Could maybe improve performance by choosing a different option ( if using cuda maybe try OpenCL, etc. )
