I'm making a film using a Zoom recording and have created opening and closing frames with text on - the text shows up clearly in Premiere but when exporting it goes blurry and I think this is because the Zoom footage is so low res. Any tips for the best export settings to match the resolution of the text rather than the Zoom footage?

You are trying to make a billboard out of a poststamp.

640x360 upscaled to 1920x1080 will certainly cause blurryness.

There is no magic export setting to make this look good then to match the original setting.

Might get away with 720p but dont hold your breath.

The issue is that you are exporting at a higher resolution than the sequence.

Upscaling will always result in quality loss.
