Exporting Mezzanine file- Deadline!

I need to export a film right aways from PP in the following codec

"HD Upload Compressed Video Source: QuickTime (MOV, MP4 or M4V – H.264 Mezzanine file at a bitrate of 10Mbps or greater), 23.98 FPS, Progressive (non-interlaced), 16×9: 1920×1080;"

What settings do I need to change? It says it is uncompressed, whereas I need it compressed, I can't tell what my bitrate is, and I don't totally know what a mezzanine file is? Help would be appreciated soon, as I have a deadline! Thanks

Correct answer Ann Bens

Uncompressed is revering to the audio.

There is a checkbox for limiting 1.000 kbps.

That's it. Not much to set.

Yes, thank you! I had already figured both of those things out by now, but thanks!
