Green and pink tint over display

So i updated my premiere pro over the past two months and this issue has been a constant. When i put a video into prem pro it has this green and pink glare over it (below)

I've tried reverting back to version all the way back to cs6 and the problem persists, does anyone know what i need to do or if there's a tick box i need to uncheck?

The videos do not have this tint over the top of them when viewing in a movie/video player. Only once imported.
