HD Export-Settings 25fps - H264 / Profil 4:2:0, 4:2:2 or 4:4:4 / mp4?

first of all, I apologize if my english is not so good. My concern relates to premiere pro export settings.

I have a requirement but I cannot implement / export it with Profil (Min. 4:2:0 or 4:2:2 or 4:4:4).

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1920 x 1080p
• Framerate 25 fps
• Bitrate min. 50 MBit/s
• Format mp4
• Codec H264
• Profil min. 4:2:0 or 4:2:2 or 4:4:4
• Audio AAC, 256 kbps, 48 kHz, Stereo
• Level -9dB 
  

so, if i export the video normally with the specification h264 - high quality 1080p HD/25fps, i cannot make any settings wit profiles 4:2:0...... 😞 after export i get the video-information HD (1-1-1).

• How do i export the requirements/specification (H264 with 4:2:0 or 4:2:2 or 4:4:4 in mp4)?

Last but not least...

if i export the video with other settings in .mxf-format (MXF OP1a / XDCAM 50 PAL 25p)

• how do i convert the video with the specification in mp4?
