How can I convert a HD 3D video .mpg to 2D HD? Side by side video?

I used to own an HTC EVO 3D cell phone that took 3D video and it's side by side.  That phone is now a paper weight and I wanted to convert the video it took in 3D format to 2D. Did a search and could not find the answer or I'm just blind.  I do wear glasses How could I do that in the latest PPro?

Ive never edited 3D video myself however i was wondering if it would be possible to just crop out the second image? choose one side then resize the framing so the only that side shows in the output monitor?

would love to know the answer to this as well as i have 3D footage that i also need to edit at some point.

Still would like the option to have 2D and 3D. Its from my old HTC ECO 3D phone
