How to deselect all audio tracks ? It's not easy in this case !!!!

I'm having trouble deselecting  audio tracks in Premiere Pro. For example, I want to edit a clip that has 16 audio tracks, but I want to use only 2 tracks audio . I only have two tracks in the sequence, so the timeline in the source shows two tracks as well, but it also adds a small plus sign, which when you press it shows all 16 tracks, creating those tracks in the sequence as well.
Then you can uncheck all the tracks by clicking on any track with a shift button, but after this operation I have to delete  also unnecessary tracks from the sequence.

Is it possible to disable tracks from the source without unrolling the all audio  tracks and creating additional tracks on timeline by Premiere ?
