How to do Red circle tracking on object

I wonder to know How to do Red circle tracking on object in premiere.

we can for a mask tracking around an object but how to make red circkle or a shape on a footage?

there are some way to do it but its take too long time .

Is there any simple way to do it?

Thanks for replay , I saw this,

but like a sad for to do it this way you have to 3-4 step pass and get resoult,

I think it must be more simple for a Adobe which has huge budget and experience for years.

there is already tracking but just for masks. it must be also for shapes and objects

Nope there is no motion tracking for assets, you need AE to do that.

I gave a workaround.
