So I'm new to Premeir Pro and went through a lot of tutorials and have been able to create a good video so far.

However, I can't seem to move the Lower Thirds or Titles I've added to the video?

I'd like to reposition some of them, but they only seem to highlight with a red rectangle and I can't seem to drag and drop the text any where with it.

Thanks.

When the highlight is "red", it's only for editing the text and not moving the text box.

You need to select the "Selection" tool, the highlight will be blue, and you can move the text wherever you want.

To move any clips in your timeline (like text), just double click on the clip in the Program Monitor. This will give you a box around the clip and you can move the clip or resize it.

Then, just click away.
