I want to move a box from point a to point b without the travel.

Im currently using the motion effect and using key frames to move a box down the screen, however i dont want the box to travel, i want it to just teleport there as soon as it hits the next key frame.

Basically:

at 1:00 the box it at the top right of the screen

no travel

at 1:05 the box is at the bottom right of the screen

Any assistance would be really helpful, as i sat on adobe support for an hour and they were completely useless.
