Import a Lightworks sequence to Premiere Pro

is it possible to import a sequence from Lightworks to Premiere Pro?

i edited my first video in Lightworks and i'm really happy with the result. the only problem is that i do not have a premium acc in Lightworks and i can only export the video in 720p. i then decided to invest some money in a good video editing software and i decided to get a Premiere Pro subscription. now my question is, is it possible to import my Lightworks sequence to Premiere Pro and then export it with the highest possible quality from there?
