Import Error - Importer returned bad result

Question

Always happen when I played the video in Adobe Premiere Pro, the video start zooming.

When it doesn't, usually I will be able to export my video just fine.

I recorded the video from NVidia GeForce Experience software.

This is annoying, because I can play the video normally from WMP or VLC.

1. I tried to set Scale to Frame Size.

2. Start New Project with CUDA on / off.

Seriously need help, I believe this is just Adobe Premiere issue.

-1st, create a new project and import the project that has errors and see if that fixes the problem
