Hi there,

We're sorry about this. We would need more info to diagnose the issue properly. Please let us know the version of Premiere Pro and the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM). Also, please check that your GPU drivers are updated to the latest version.

Thanks,

Sumeet

I too am having this issue.

Adobe Premiere Pro 14.9

Windows 10 64 bit

Intel Core i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz

16GB Ram

AMD Radeon Pro WX 3200 Series (Just updated)

Have tried uninstalling Premier Pro in hopes of reinstalling, but the uninstall process freezes both through the cloud interface and windows.

Any help, gratefully recieved!

64.0 GB (63.7 GB usable)

Edition Windows 10 Home
Version 20H2

Intel UHD Graphics 750.

It turns out I could fix the "loadlibrary error 87" by going to AMD and downloading the May, 2021 driver for the AMD Radion RX 5700XT.

That did the trick!
