When I try to open Premiere Pro, I get an error message that says "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP110.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."  I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and get the same message.  What can I do to fix this?

I s it realted to another error message I get when logging into Windows: "There was a problem starting C:\\Windows\System32\LogiLDA.dll"

That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
-or direct to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
