Lost CS4 serial number

I lost my serial number for CS4. The number I have 800 833 6687 doesn't work. Can anyone please give me a number I can phone to discuss retrieving my serial number. Thank you.

- includes link to your Adobe account to check for registered serial numbers

- when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer

I ran Belarc and can find no record of CS4 or the serial number although it was installed on this computer until a few weeks ago. What I need is an Adobe phone number so I can talk to someone about it.

It needs to be still installed for Belarc to find it.

Sorry, but there is no phone number for software that old.

Did you register it when you purchased it?

I can't remember if I registered it, I bought it 10 years ago. How can I find out if I did register it?

If you did not register your serial number, and you did not keep it safe in a desk drawer, there is no way anyone can help

Thanks for the advice. I checked but I have no registered products, but this is probably because I have a new email address now. This is my last chance: would there be any way of giving them my old email address to see if I registered it? (which I probably did)
