No guide when positioning clip on timeline

A really helpful feature in Premiere Pro is that when you move a clip on the timeline, a guide shows when it's it's positioned right next to the clip to the left or right - or is perfectly aligned to clips above or beneath. But today, suddenly this feature is gone! When I move a clip, it just kinda floats and it's impossible to position it accurately. What happened?
